Some deviation from the norm with my favorite all-time Hendrix song, Red House. This truly is a classic and never fails to leave with me with a distinct tingle down my spine when he breaks into the “That’s ok, I still got my guitar…look out!” – the Stratocaster never sounded better.
This song never gets old – it truly is the epitome of Hendrix style back in the day. I do prefer the studio version (this one) to the live one however, but than again I’m stuffy like that…
